Cancellation Policy

Eternal IV Therapy ("we," "our," "us") values your time and ours. This Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled when booking our mobile IV therapy services.

1. Booking Requirements

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required to hold your reservation.

2. Cancellation Window

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee (see Section 3).

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 or up to the full price of the service booked, at our discretion.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no cost. Reschedules requested within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same fee.

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 57 business days to appear.

6. Provider Cancellations

If Eternal IV Therapy must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
